Options(see also the menu on the left)

This allows you to download a complete list of all the files on the site for offline reference.

It is generated on the fly when you choose the format you want it, so it is always the absolute latest version as at the moment you click the link.

CSV
Comma Separated Values - This is suitable for import in to Excel or Access, or some other database/spreadsheet. It is probably the most flexible format to get the list in, but only if you know what you're doing.

HTML
Hypertext Markup Language - This is suitable for loading straight in to Internet Explorer and is a good way for getting an easily viewable copy of the library on to your system without having to log in to the site. There are no pictures and the information is more limited than the online system, but it should serve as a good reference.
