| [Report] Lloyd has completed a newer version of this route, which he has uploaded today. But a search of it under the following name: "South Devon Banks Modern Final", has not yet shown it. Keep an eye out, it may still be going through the process. |

| [Report] Hi Lloyd this is an interesting idea and I gave it a good trial. But is was a little annoying to have the AWS sounding off, even though the signal ahead was at Green clear to proceed. Also not being able to run through Newton Abbot was a bit disappointing. I tried to take the kinks out of the track between Exeter and Dawlish, but my knowledge of re-joining track is a little limited. I did manage to remove the excess track inside two of your very nice replacement tunnels, these were basically 4 turnouts that appeared in my download. Can I suggest you do a patch of your tunnels for the original South Devon Banks. Best regards for your interesting efforts. Roland, Nelson, New Zealand. |

| [Report] Hi Lloyd. Trying to create a scenario from Exeter to Paignton, but can only get as far as Newton Abbott before I get a broken path. Is this down to the new modified track layout at Newton Abbott? Great little route by the way, and looking forward to the next update. Cheers |

| [Report] Hi lloyd you are correct in making 3 lines out of Newton Abbot but they 'grow' to 4 adjacent to Sainsbury's with 2 dedicated lines for Paignton and 2 lines for Plymouth. I'll send some pics :-) |

| [Report] I have been enjoying this route very much over the last week since getting ts2012, just one thing i have picked up on is the track layout at Newton Abbot. The up/down mainlines are seperate and therefore the main platform as you head north has its own line up and the same with the down. they do not join at any point as is the case in the route. The third platform line splits form the mainline at the bridge just north of the station and continues as single line working until it reaches the Paignton branch where it goes back to double line once again.
hope this can be used in future versions, and thanks again for creating the route :) |
