[Report] Had the same problem with that signal in two of my scenarios. I solved it by setting the junction beyond the signal to have the line running opposite to diverge from whifflet towards Glasgow (the points are defaulted in the editor to run from whifflet to Coatbridge, therefore giving a red signal as the line crosses the junction your train is pathed over). If you place a train carefully over the opposite running line from whifflet towards the direction of Glasgow, then if you save the scenario, you can go back and delete the train over the points. This will clear the red signal when you play the scenario again, provided you haven't intentionally made another service cross your path.
