I've installed this (I can't used utilities as that just crashes and doesn't respond) so I've copied everything manually and merged folders, I then placed the .bat file in the assets folder, and ran it. I've gone to place it in game, it does appear, and I have ticked JT and MWilson, it appears to be able to be selected, however when placing it on the track, nothing appears. Download and copy the new 221115 install.bat into 'Assets' and execute then all problems should be solved. However, I cannot trace why there would be a problem with coach E, can you possibly check the carriage via RW_Tools and then report back what it says is missing.
