For example, the London-Faversham route has its own set of signals, while the GEML route has another set, even if they are mostly identical. As a result I have to provide the same signals for each set in separate sets. Otherwise my package will have a lot of duplicates which you can't use because you don't have that route loaded. The signals should appear in the asset list in the editor.
