Unfortunately there is no interaction between express services and argyle line emu's at this time of the day in real life. The timetables are very tight in the morning, so I guess it must be done to limit disruption incase something were to go wrong. Perhaps a bit more traffic on the mainline (maybe a Pendolino to get held up at red signals) would have given this a bit more atmosphere.
