The bogie folder is not required as the Bin files reference the default bogie folder. I have made a blunder and I have not included all of the Bin files to overcome the Red door visibility problem. If you are keen to update, installing the RWP files will do the trick. I will try to put out an update including all of the required Bin files next week. My mistake there are no DMCO A nd.geopcdx or DMCO B nd.geopcdx files to copy.
