If it doesn't show in-game delete the ..\Assets\RSC\Class117Pack03\Blueprints.pak file to clear the csche for that item. Only thing I've noticed is that you ask for the file 117 DMS BR Blue geo to be copied and that doesn't exist so I copied the 117 DMS Green geo and it still doesn show.
