[Report] Hi Black8 transfer6 doesnt work i tried using it but i think its just for show. The 09:04 coal train has a lower priority than your player service so even if your running late it should stop at the signal before the Exeter shed headshunt and allow you to pass before it continiues onto the main line.It did this a couple of times when i was creating the scenario so i cant undestand why its not doing it for you.Try departing shed as soon as you can instead of waiting till 09:04.Also did you try adding a couple of miniutes to the coal trains start time???

[Report] Hi again. Deleting the MD5 files did not make a difference. The problem with the point being locked appears to have something to do with the filling up with water at Transfer 2. Not with time (being late) or the 9:04 coal train. I ignored the filling up and tried to get water from Transfer 6 (more convenient anyway) but Tr. 6 won't transfer water. So I wasted the same time as filling up at Tr. 2 and moved again at approx. 09:04. All the time the point to the headshunt remained open and I was able to move in. When you observe the point when filling up at Tr. 2 as instructed, you see that it only briefly opens to allow movement into the headshunt, then closes/locks again for the mainline!??. Too quick for the player loco to get there. This is very strange. Btw, this appears to be the same issue that Fenrir has described. Would it be possible to get water from Tr. 6 and see if that works better?

[Report] Hi Newbouy. No not really but let me try to delete the .MD5 files. I have plenty of time filling up with water and I leave the shed on 9:04 as instructed. It appears though that the point is locked for the 9:04 coal train long before it actually arrives. I also noticed that the ground signal either already shows red, or even with green is locked in position for the 9:04 coal train. No chance to leave the yard. Could you check the behaviour of this point and see when it gets in postion for the coaltrain and locks the exit from the shed?

[Report] Hi Black8 do you play alot of career scenarios ? because i once had a strange problem where this scenario suddenly developed an error after i had played a career scenario.Go into the folder of this scenario and delete all the .MD5 files and see if that fixes it.I think theres something corrupting these files when you play a career scenario. Also it sounds like your taking to long to take on water and exit the shed ,you should really be away from the shed headshunt before that coal train arrives ,try add a couple of miniutes onto the coal train start time.

[Report] Hi Newbouy. This is strange. First of all, I have V1.1, the sim is up to date and I have made no swaps. I did not have your scenario tools but I do now. When starting the scenario (after clearing the cache) the error did not appear; also not in the editor, however the point to the headshunt is not clearing and stays locked for the 09:04 coal train and after passing for the 09:10 train. The player loco derails on the point. Strange thing is though that when I restarted the scenario (no clearing cache this time) the error was back and also in the editor. I have no clue; perhaps the times for the 9:04 train should be changed?

[Report] Hello Black8 i cant understand why some people are getting problems with this scenario ive just loaded it into the editor and i get no errors. Are you sure youve got the Glorious Devon 1960`s route version 1.1 installed and is your Train Simulator fully upto date. Also have you got "Scenario Tools" file ID 33887 installed as this is very important.Without been able to re-create the problem on my setup i dont know what else to suggest. Are you swapping stock via RW-Tools ? if so maybe this is causing a problem.

[Report] Hi Kevin Newbouy. I am getting the following error when starting the scenario: Driver '09:00 Riverside Yard - Hackey Yard Mixed Goods' at Lat 50.72966 Long -3.54478 - can't find destination - EXD Loco Shed Headshunt In Edit mode you see there is a conflict in the player train instructions that I cannot get rid of by changing times etc. Please check. Thanks, Jos

[Report] Hi rjrpcrail. Make sure you have all the assets, especially the so called 'blocker', i.e. the Invisible Blocker Locomotive, UKTS 33824. Perhaps the scenario will run OK then. Jos

[Report] I am unable to even start the scenario I get the error message before the start. I have tried editing the scenario this only makes thing worst and I get many more errors, Sorry Newbouy looks like this scenario is going in my bin.
newbouy 14 Jun 2015 09:59:46
[Report] Hello fenrir & rjrpcrail a couple of ideas which might solve your problems.First when the scenario starts allow time for the "09:00 No5775 going on shed at Exeter" service to park up in the "EXD Loco Shed Siding 4" next to you before you move.In this time your supposed to prep your engine before you move off ,set headlamp codes ect.You could even delete this service if you still get problems. Also the service "09:04 Cardiff - Plymouth Coal Fulls" could cause problems if your taking too long to get off shed ,water top up ect.Try adding 1 or 2 mins to this service`s start time and see how you get on.rjrpcrail not sure why you getting pathing error try ticking "Allow Reversing" box in the "EXD Loco Shed Headshunt" instruction.
Fenrir 14 Jun 2015 02:32:59
[Report] Bit of an odd one this: if at the beginning of the scenario I do as suggested and fill the tanks from EXD Shed 2, which requires pulling out from Shed 3 and reversing into Shed 2 (because the water crane adjacent won't operate if you are in 3?!?!) then the points don't clear to allow me out of the shed yard and onto the headshunt; yet if I don't bother filling up at all and run straight to the headshunt, all is fine - until I run out of water on the main! I have edited the scenario now to start with filled tanks, but would like to understand the core issue. Any ideas?
rjrpcrail 13 Jun 2015 07:12:37
[Report] I have been trying like mad to get this scenario working on my system with no luck. What ever I do I get the error message for the player loco that there is no path to the head shunt. Any ideas?
newbouy 08 Jun 2015 15:31:22
[Report] How did you both fail ? was you running late if so you should have got the message at the end telling you to expect a visit to the managers office to explain why.
justgeoff 08 Jun 2015 08:26:16
[Report] A thoroughly enjoyable scenario. I 'failed' but personally if I enjoy the scenario I'm not bothered. And the signals all functioned! Thanks Newbuoy, looking forward to another!
ncowie 04 Jun 2015 23:17:03
[Report] Enjoyed scenario, only problem even though I completed all tasks still failed scenario. Must admit broke speed limit twice but only for a few seconds.
Clemmo47 04 Jun 2015 16:22:51
[Report] This is a really interesting scenario. Just leaving Exeter so hope I can make it all the way.
