I appreciate all the work that went into this project and it has a very authentic feel. I only had one problem - it was impossible to connect to the waiting carriages in the basic scenario because the signal was against me. All requests to proceed against the hidden signal were denied. However, by switching off the option in my TS2017 profile that terminates the game if you proceed against a stop signal I was able to continue successfully.
