| [Report] Please update your readme file to provide details of the websites from where the required reskins can be obtained - and NOT directly supply the download links for these reskins. Thank you. |

[Report] Note: The file has been updated since this comment was written Ah, it would appear that my comments on here are moderated as well, so my replies to you may appear somewhat incoherent as you have commented again before my first reply is posted! As I mentioned I am very much a rookie in this environment, linking to files is no big deal in the FS world, provided the file isn't hosted elsewhere or modified, which I completely agree with. Live and learn. I have amended the readme to remove the direct download links, which is the only change in v1.1. Thank you for the feedback on the scenario, any trains that have drivers should actually move and have instructions, so I will take another look. If you happen to notice any non-moving trains that have drivers and no instructions if you could kindly let me know the headcodes and I can update as needed |

[Report] Note: The file has been updated since this comment was written OK...both size feet in prematurely possibly (OK, definitely), but it's considered very impolite to link directly to a download rather than the page that then links the download...Sorry if I came on a bit too strong earlier, but the ReadMe could do with amending to point to Richard's section at the DPS site rather than 'hotlinking' the download itself--I owe you a beer, or two... no more though, I'm from Yorkshire.
The scenario is rather nice, plenty of traffic as befits leaving the capital and once I get chance to drive it fully I expect more of the same. One word about the drain on resources; and once again talking without particularly checking.... there does seem to be a handful of services that don't actually move...consists with driver icons assigned but no instructions. The dispatcher part of the software detects services with drivers and routes according to the instructions...give a service a driver but no instructions and it doesn't know exactly what you expect it to do so that could be contributing to issues that are resource related. If it's wanting to route a service but isn't told where to it could cause a wee 'pause' in proceedings before it gives up. There IS a fine line in the busier parts of the route between what a PC can display/cope with and what the software can---give one that tiny bit too much and it causes problems so trimming off any excess is paramount here. |

[Report] Note: The file has been updated since this comment was written I have not uploaded any reskins anywhere, they are the original links which is what you click on at DP Simulation, so they are original download links from the original file. No re-uploading or redistributing going on |

[Report] Note: The file has been updated since this comment was written I do hope you've adhered to ": Please do not redistribute this reskin without my permission.
: Please do not upload to any other websites without my permission.
: Copyright Richard Fletcher (rfletcher72)."
which is included with one (maybe more) of the reskins you point to at Mediafire.
If you have sought and gained permission, wouldn't it have been easier to include a note to that effect in the Readme? |
