| [Report] Dear dsrose,
There are two options to access BH Reskins. The first is you can request to join their Facebook group, where you will have access to all their reskins, plus many things get posted every day from members like updates, videos, photos, reskin development, tips for doing things withing Train Simulator ect.
The second option is to search up "Bluecode" in your interent browser. You will be able to access the reskins from there as well but not all are on there, however the one required for this scenario is. At the tab on the top, hover over "Train Simulator", then "Reskins", "Electric" before scrolling down to the bottom where you will find "Class 91 VTEC - Virgin Trains East Coast livery reskin".
