Don't know why the 'PIS and TMS AutoSetup' trigger failed to set the destination for you. spartan711315 14 May 2017 21:54:40 [Report] @Crrispy: I have used the 'PIS and TMS autosetup' trigger from WCML Trent Valley at the beginning of the scenario which should have done the work for you, but in case if it's failing to set the destination for you, then you will have to setup the destination yourself using the PIS destination up & down button. Nice scenario, customary crash near the McVities Factory at Willesden. Even the UKTS version of the file (35091) has also been taken down. In that case you can either go ahead with UKTS 19642 as suggested by @nigeldarl5 or you can also try swapping out this item with the London Underground S8 stock now being supplied with Just Trains Western Mainline (from Service Pack 4 onwards).
