If you have this and it is not appearing, go to Railwaorks/Assets/SHG/NarrowGaugePack01/Railvehicles/Steam/CorrisNo7/Engine and copy the GEOPCDX file NarrowGaugePack01/Railvehicles/Steam/CorrisNo7CaledonianBlue/Engine and it should work. If the Railvehicles folder is not showing, please unpack it from the .AP pack when you're in Assets/NarrowGaugePack01 . If you're having trouble finding it in game, there are no quick drive consists yet, but for your own scenarios, check NarrowGaugePack01 (under SHG) in the asset selection menu.
